Primary Election Day is Tuesday, September 13th.  Polls are open from 8 am to 7 pm at the Monroe Town Hall.   You may register to vote on that date provided you meet the requirements set forth by the State of NH.   If you are an "undeclared" or "Independent" voter, you may choose to register on Election Day as either Democrat or Republican, depending on which primary you wish to vote in.   Once you are done voting, you may change your party affiliation back to undeclared.
