Drop & Shop Day!

Picture
Click on "Believe" to see the full day schedule!
Be a part of the first-ever Monroe 8th Grade "Drop & Shop" Fundraiser at the Monroe Town Hall.  Our theme is "Believe."  Plan to drop your children, ages 2 - 8th grade, with us for a cozy holiday party, while you enjoy the day for yourself!  Children are encouraged to wear their favorite holiday jammies, bring a pillow and blanket, and come prepared for a great time!  Minimum suggested donation is $20 per child.

Please submit one form for EACH child.   Thank you so much!

Parent Permission - Here's What You are Agreeing To!

By clicking "Sign Me Up" for this form, I am giving permission for my son/daughter to participate at the Monroe 8th Grade Drop & Shop Fundraiser, and to engage in all activities related to the fundraiser.  While the risk of injury is very minimal, we are doing crafts and dancing, and I acknowlege and assume all risks.   I recognize the importance of having my child follow staff's instruction regarding play time and what is safe.  I further understand that if my child is behaving in an unsafe manner or failing to follow directions, I will be contacted and I agree to pick up my child early.  As part of this agreement to permit my son/daughter to participate, I also agree that I will be at the Town Hall by 5 PM to pick up my child.

Here we are looking for foods your child really cannot eat - i.e., gluten intolerance, lactose intolerant.
Is there anything you would like us to know about your child that will help us to be sure they enjoy their day? For example, are they taking any routine medications, will they need assistance in the bathroom, etc.
